Welcome to Kahouse.org! These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use our website, Kahouse.org, and any related online services, like our mobile app (all together, the "Site"). When you use our Site, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. This is a binding agreement, so please read it carefully.

But you can't copy, share, publish, or sell any part of the Site's content for commercial purposes without our clear written permission. We take our intellectual property rights seriously and will protect them.

If you post your own content on the Site, you still own it. However, you give us an ongoing, worldwide right to use, share, translate, and copy that content in any way we see fit, without paying you.

Limitation of Liability​

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID TO US FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR £100 (ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING).

Any official notices between us must be in writing and can be delivered personally or by registered/certified mail with return receipt requested. Either party can change their address by notifying the other in writing.

Headings​

The headings in these Terms are just for convenience and don't limit or define the meaning of the sections.

Governing Law & Venue; Legal Fees​

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be exclusively brought in the courts of Northern Ireland. If a dispute arises, the winning party will be entitled to recover their costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees.

Severability​

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be removed, but the rest of the Terms will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Counterparts​

These Terms may be signed (including electronically) in multiple copies, each considered an original, but all together forming one agreement.

Entire Agreement​

These Terms represent the complete and final understanding between you and us regarding your use of the Site. They replace any previous agreements or understandings. If Karmel Apostolic House modifies these Terms, the changes become binding immediately upon being posted on the Site.

Compliance With Local Laws​

Karmel Apostolic House operates the Site from its offices in the United Kingdom. We don't claim that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you choose to access the Site from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
